# Withdrawing from Nook

You can send funds straight back to your bank, wallet or Coinbase account from any source you are earning in.

Nook handles the movement from the earning source back to USDC, then out through the withdrawal method you select. Free and fast. The goal is simple: give you more control over where your money earns, without making you deal with the complexity underneath.

When you start a withdrawal, Nook first moves your funds out of the earning source and back into USDC. This means your position is exited, your deposit token is converted back to USDC, and then the withdrawal is sent through the method you choose.

Before the withdrawal is completed, Nook also checks for any pending earnings tied to that source. If earnings are still pending, they may need to finish processing before they are included in the final USDC amount available to withdraw. This helps make sure your withdrawal reflects both your principal and any eligible earnings from the source you were using.

From there, you have three options.

#### Withdraw to bank

Withdraw to your bank If you withdraw to your bank, Nook sends your USDC through Bridge, our payments partner. Bridge converts the USDC back into dollars and sends it to your linked bank account. This lets you move from an earning source back to your bank without needing to manage wallets, exchanges, or stablecoin transfers yourself.

This is an ACH transfer facilitated by Bridge.

Withdraws to bank typically take 1-2 business days as they are processed by Bridge and sent through our partner bank.

#### Withdraw to Coinbase

If you withdraw to Coinbase, Nook sends your USDC directly to your Coinbase account. This is useful if you want to keep your funds in USDC, move them into Coinbase, or manage them from your existing Coinbase account.

#### Withdraw to wallet

If you withdraw to a wallet, Nook sends USDC directly to the wallet address you provide. This gives you direct control of your funds outside of Nook. You can send to a supported wallet and manage the USDC yourself. Nook does not charge withdrawal fees. The goal is simple: give you more control over where your money earns and where it goes next, without making you deal with the complexity underneath.
